4. Delivery & Collection

We aim to deliver all orders within the agreed time frame. However, unforeseen delays may occur, and we are not liable for delays outside our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery addresses are provided. Collection orders must be picked up at the agreed time.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once delivered or collected. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion. Please see our Refund Policy below for details.

Refund & Returns Policy

At Honey’s Kitchen, we take great care to ensure that every order is freshly prepared and delivered in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our food, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered or collected.

If there is an issue with your order such as missing items, incorrect meals, or quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. We will review the situation promptly and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, credit, or partial/full refund.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To help us resolve issues quickly, please provide details of your order and, if possible, a photo of the issue.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to deliver the best service every time.

 

6. Event Catering Bookings

Event catering bookings require advance notice and may be subject to a deposit. Final payments must be made by the agreed date. Serving fees and travel costs may apply. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances.

7. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

While we take great care in food preparation, our kitchen handles common allergens. Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Honey’s Kitchen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
